Julia's most complete, physically immersive massage treatment. Deep tissue bodywork with energetic somatic trigger point release is followed by the deeply meditative Cranial Release — taking the body from surface-level tension all the way to profound stillness. A treatment that addresses the physical and the energetic in one complete journey.

A complete energetic and physical journey through the feet. The Meinl Sonic bowl opens the energy field with a Cho Ku Rei activation. Clinical reflexology follows — working every organ and system of the body through the reflex points of the feet. The session closes with a Dai Ko Myo energetic seal and grounding, anchoring the full-body recalibration.
