A different layer of the work — for those who feel called to it.
Tapping into universal life force energy, I work as a conduit for deep energetic transformation alongside the physical body.
The body holds more than muscle and bone. Years of stress, trauma, grief, and unresolved experience leave imprints in the energetic body — layers that often sit beneath what physical massage alone can reach.
Energetic healing is the work of meeting those layers gently, with awareness, and allowing them to clear. Not by forcing anything — but by holding the space in which the body can do what it has been wanting to do for a long time: release.
Mekaba is my crème-de-la-crème session. It combines a full-body therapeutic massage with energy healing techniques to clear, balance and activate the body's energy centres. It is a 120-minute experience — long enough for the work to settle, integrate, and not feel rushed.
Most clients describe the session as deeply meditative. Some experience emotional release. Some simply rest more deeply than they have in months. There is no "right" response. Whatever your body brings to the room is what we work with.
The belly holds an extraordinary amount of stored emotion. Chi Nei Tsang is an ancient Taoist abdominal massage that works directly with the digestive organs, releasing both physical tension and the emotional patterns layered on top of it.
This work is gentle in pressure but profound in effect. It tends to be most powerful over a series of three or more sessions, where each one builds on what the last one moved.
Energetic sessions can leave you feeling lighter, clearer, more spacious. They can also leave you tired — the body has done real work. Drink plenty of water. Rest. Allow space for integration. A walk in nature is often perfect.
