Julia reads your body at the start of every session, then draws on two decades of training to give you exactly the work you need that day.

What the session involves

Julia blends Swedish flow, deep tissue release, myofascial work, lymphatic drainage, Ayurvedic technique and intuitive energy touch — moving between them as your body asks. It is deep, responsive bodywork that meets you where you are, finished with a grounding close.
